Stephen and Sandy Roth, of Monterey Fine Foods, are excited to announce Spoon Fed Hospitality Group as our new managing partners. The Spoon Fed team is directed by Jeffrey Sisco, Paul Viggiano, and John Baldassarre—together, these industry leaders have more than 50 years of experience in creating extraordinary hospitality experiences that far exceed guests’ expectations. The Spoon Fed team will work in collaboration with the existing personnel at Monterey Fine Foods to create a destination-worthy prepared foods market and catering company. In the retail market, we will strive to provide products of the highest quality, including prepared meals-to-go, house-roasted meats and fish, enticing daily specials, as well as house-made pastries and baked goods.
We will continue to deliver superior corporate and in-flight catering solutions. Together, we look forward to having the opportunity to serve the community’s off-premise catering needs, no matter the occasion. Whether it’s an intimate multi-course tasting menu, graduation BBQ, or corporate gala, the Monterey team will execute all aspects of your event at the highest level.
